What are the payment options?
At this point in time, We offer Paypal and Stripe as payment options. We also offer direct deposit via bank transfer if prearranged. More options will become available in the future.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted in the case of faulty or wrongly shipped goods in accordance with what was ordered (for example, you received a strawberry candle instead of sandalwood...whoops!)
We ask that before returning any candle, please email support at illuminairecandles@gmail.com to arrange the return.

What happens if there is a candle I want, but it is out of stock?
If you see a candle you want, but it isn't in stock, please email us to let us know which one. We also make to order, so if there is something special you are searching for, but don't see it, let us know and we can work with you to create a custom candle (or candles)! We do make to order and size, colour, fragrance and gemstone or crystals can be changed.
Do you offer gift cards?
Sometimes it can be really hard to choose, so of course we can do gift cards! Please email us to arrange your gift card.
