Things You Need to Know
We founded Illuminaire Candles with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

We understand that buying candles online can be tricky. With this in mind, we offer store credit within 14 days of purchase, but please contact us first to arrange the return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In this instance, shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
We do our best to ensure your candle reaches you in perfect condition. We use Australia Post and package items to ensure they reach you the way they were sent. If your item arrives damaged please take a photo and email us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
If your candle does not perform as expected and you have followed the recommended candle care procedures, we will offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us in this instance.
